requires a short-term investment of your time. Three hours of career coaching – one hour every other week over six weeks.

SOME OF THE TOPICS WE WILL DISCUSS ARE:

  • What is your motivation for getting promoted?
  • What have you done to support a promotion?
  • What were the results of these activities?
  • What else could you have done?
  • What will you do?
  • What is a realistic timeline?
  • What defines success?
